    Sure, I'm in and out both through out the day. When you see me on, just get my attention. Mind you it's harder to get my attention in game, lol. When I'm doing stuff, I get focused on that and tend to not see when people message me or say my name in chat. So if I don't answer, keep trying. xD

    I can not use the image of the otter as it has a copyright on it. Also when you say animated... what do you mean? To me, animated means to move and I make still images. I also cannot re-make the image to put it in a different pose. Sorry there is a limit to what I can do. :3

    I am not the best at recreating a skin and making it look all 3D-ish. I'll try and see what happens. Just so you know the largest avatar size I make is 150x150px. Which it'll be about the size of the images that show up just above your name in posts...
