There is a high amount of beauty in the architecture, aswell as the nice, confortable environment to suit any and all residents who wish to live here
Anything else you would like to add: Their is not much land, as it is built for beauty, so there are few plots to be sold. However, I believe that the beatiful scenery makes up for much of this
