This is an awesome resource @kalvb123, however, I think sometimes you mean to say bump instead of updated as the data in your first post is not valid and has been out of date for several days actually. @konan200x and her station24 are actually at $450 - I know this for a fact since I have been buying her out every time she fills her sign the last couple of days :)
I personally have found several vendors selling for $430 or $435 as well - of course they are mostly sold out to me also. There are also vendors that are trying to sell for $475 to $510 but they always seem to have a lot of stock and I will pass at that price.
As for selling your nstars, I personally pay $420 at my sign in /warp Cybertron and there are many vendors paying that or possibly a little more if you look around a lot - but that seems to be a fair average currently.

Do you also record prices of nstars outside of the market?

 

That would be really hard to track, as some people change their prices while kalvb may not be online, and some people will buy X amount of stars at different prices, which is almost impossible for him to track.

 

If someone buy nstars 455 each, will it be a good price?

 

If you sell someone your stars for $455, that's a good price. If you're selling them you should consider buying a tiny bit lower, based on the prices above ^
