This isn't something andrew can implement. You would probably need to suggest it on XenForo's community forum.
I'm sure theres a voting plugin that does that. Once you reach X amount of votes, you can reward players.

This is quite possibly the simplest way to put it. As long as the staff member regularly does their duties I see no issue.
