Why would we dedicate a portal just so we can have a snipe chest? you can easily make your own snipe chest and invite the server to it.

-1 It was really laggy, just make a snipe chest in your town. Also I dont see a very good place to put the snipe chest.
What about making the potion itsself less OP? like keeping the current potion time, but make it a regular strength potion. (If its possible)
