Let's be honest. After being away for a month the odds of them hacking again are minimal. People really shouldn't even get to the third Offense.
I'm partially in agreement with Nicit. Here's what I think: 1st Offense - 1 week temp, balance wipe. 2nd Offense - 1 month temp, balance wipe....
