Anticheat creates players invisible around you to test for different hacks. Not an issue
It's likely that anticheat doesn't check for non moving flying, plus, I see no harm as it's something that has been changed at the protocol level.

We need more feedback for this - The sweeping edge enchant only damages mobs according to the wiki, making it rather useless.
Sadly this cannot bypass the mechanic for charging/delayed pvp. Plus, we already have a star sword. No need for duplicate items.
