Maybe shorten the delay but not remove it entirely, removing it entirely can easily spam the console (even if it wasn't meant to spam)

For the server to stay stable we can have around 200-250 players. You can also donate to the server and then you can join over the limit.

It's 25k per portal, meaning you have to pay 50k to have 2 portals placed and linked. (the application on the wiki should've been clear enough :B)
You can't compare a pvp arena with a chat channel seeing as the two are completely different.

If it's just blackscreen, try deleting the META-INF file in minecraft.jar If you get an error report please tell me which mods you have installed...
