long story short, 1.3 is horrible. this tp thing can be fixed but it will be a temporary workaround until mojang fixes stuff in 1.3.2
I've tested pistons thoroughly every update, I've already found 1 duping bug. So yes, it's still a bugfactory

Has spoutcraft updated for 1.3 yet? If not, there is no 1.3 version of spoutcraft so you can't update until there is.
This hasn't fixed everything, pistons are still bugfactories.
