This plugin is very outdated and will not work on the server. And I believe it has been suggested before.
The livemap only remove the regular lag we have. Worldedits will still create a massive amount of lag.

Spoutcraft is allowed, it's merely a custom client made to provide a better way for plugins and client to interact. The client contains no hacks.
