That is correct, sort of. Staff keep log of all users on the same IP when it is given to them. It is kept in the staff forums for future reference...

Its not that difficult to implement at all. It is beyond me how something so simple has not been added yet :o

Yes there is. Its just that permission in that node would need to be changed. All threads that are to allow discussion in would just be unlocked.
