I am selling my 2nd town claim for 90k as well. First to set up a deal and pay gets it.
I changed my mind about that, because everyone was bidding by more than the minimum and bidding quickly.

It might not be enforceable, but if the winner won't pay, ill go to the 2nd highest bidder. I don't anticipate a problem though.

You don't have special luck, the brute strength of statistics is more powerful than you. you are wasting your money. Hope that helps.
