Yep that'd do it. There would be no way for it to tell that your balance was lower as it wouldn't have seen the message about the money being taken.
After looking into this it appears this IP ban was made in error. I've removed the ban. You should be able to connect now.
The best way to avoid this would be to set macro to ECHO /bal when you log in. I'm betting that something threw it off somewhere - like loading...
