I don't remember, 100 I think. That setting did not change brightness at all with shaders on.
Gamma in the options folder I believe. Also in game brightness all the way up.
I changed settings to make minecraft much brighter, problem is with shaders it still gets extremely dark where I can't see at all without torches...
