But it is. Quite literally makes 3x more exp and is why it's currently ~110mil instead of a Magic Rod L1 around ~60-70mil.
It does exactly as it's supposed to do. It gives 3x. Fishing already makes a ton. Doesn't need more of a buff. -1.
