I think staff do the exact same things as mentors. It's just whether they're busy or not
For me it's 40% farming, 30% spawn shop, 20% nstars, 5% sale of items and 5% for permissions sold
I suggest disabling disguise and vanish instead of giving any nerfs or /near.
