I don't think it is because I can see the chunks at the end of my sugarcane farm but anything over 75-80 blocks away (horizontally) wont grow.
Thanks for the link, now we just need to figure out the horizontal limit on crop growth for skyblock.
How far away can a crop be before it stops growing? I've noticed that my sugar cane that are around 75-100 blocks away stop growing.
