Revans from what I've seen I've seen many people come back from perma banned they seen to be just longer temp bans such as 1 week-1month
I say modify, perma ban for 3 of same offended but must be a bad offense such as scamming not maybe minor grief if you are banned 3 times all for...

If done multiple times they will eventually receive warning for clogging trade chat with useless messages it shouldn't be allowed but it's allowed
