I dont have a job yet as I graduated recently, but the job I aim to get involves working in a power station monitoring performance of generators/motors/TX lines and being involved in renewable energy projects. why do u want to work at the pwoer plant

A good starting point for an engineer to be honest. Decent pay and also a decent workspace

and also get to make people happy mabye what happens if the power line break?

Not always - sometimes you monitor computers, other times you're on field helping with maintenance/installation. All depends on what is needed

Power lines rarely break, but there are always backups to OH lines (cables underground - worse performance but still backup) . Faults occur more often and those are handled properly (Whole theory called Fault Analysis about what happens during unexpected shorts / damages)
