You were inactive for 7+ days and were evicted due to break one of the town rules. Once evicted due to inactivity, I acquired the materials because for all I knew you weren't ever coming back. If you want to remain in Goldville, please leave a sign or something saying that you will be gone for 7+ days but will return so we know not to evict you.
Mainly I just put it off in case you came back, then you could keep some of your stuff. I'll give you your plot back for free, but you just need to let us know next time you are inactive for 7+ days.
