why would you become ecolegend in the first place?

Just to have the title? And an extra town? Lol

The "Eco" titles are a waste of money in my opinion, I would recommend getting features way before the ranks :)

So mayor or president then dump it all into features?

Features, star tools, towns, etc. Whatever you prefer :) That's what I would personally do, but what you do is up to you

I dumped more than enough money to get me ecolegend on star tools. (I'm a tycoon under the smod)
