Okay, first of all. It's not Linux. Not even close. It uses some parts of BSD, but that's it. It's a unix system, but almost completely custom. Second of all, PC stands for Personal Computer. A PC is every single computer you use. Windows, Linux, Mac. Desktops, laptops. All PCs. Macs generally run MacOS/OS X, but that doesn't make them any less of a PC.
Hell, you can even run windows or linux or any other OS on a mac computer, because it uses a lot of hardware that's the same. You can even put OS X/MacOS on a non-mac computer. Saying macs aren't PCs is plain wrong.
