Not entirely true, we can pick off the IPs they use, but if they're using a VPN most allow you to switch between a range of servers (thus change IP). We could ban a range of IPs from commonly used free VPNs, but then we risk banning legitimate users too. Basically, you would be fighting an unwinnable battle.

As well, Rumball123's alt account was present according to the ban appeal of CrooDar, since the IP address was recorded from Rumball123.

To sum up, the alts of Rumball123 are Rumballa, AbandonedNeko, Mani75, RxbotsSharedAcc, MattSeph, as well as Sadiah are finally banned. Yet, Rumball uses his vpn to bypass bans.
