I would suggest filing a ban appeal, and then in the reason put "no" and then in the rule(s) violated just leave it blank. It is pretty bad you were just banned for the reason "no". Out of curiosity, you're not an alt of a banned player are you?

It's probably best if you file a staff complaint. Someone got a little trigger happy, and it might be nice to know who :P
