I would honestly lean towards not applying until 12 or perhaps even 13 if you still feel a lack of a connection between "staff-ready RJLE" and "normal RJLE". And plus, the chances of a 12-13 year old joining staff are very, very low. Good luck anyway. :)

Yeah, it truly does. I don't think that was really what I was trying to say, though. I was just saying that the SAs or whoever picks staff wouldn't necessarily lean towards younger applicants.
More importantly though was that... I mean, "back to my normal self" is just a little bit concerning. I get that you should change a bit on staff but you can't act like a robot. eekelmo is a good example of someone who acts real and still moderates effectively.
