    They might add a bit of colour, upsize the text or underline the reply, anything to over emphasise what they're saying. Not necessarily a bad thing, just weird.

    It makes it look fancah! Seriously though, it picks out the main point, i.e. temp ban/Action. My bet is most people don't read the full paragraph and just want to know what the outcome is.
