You can gain a plot in a town by advertising in /CH tr. After buying a plot in a town, you can build your house and store your stuff

Thank you two for answering the question ^-^ . What they said above is completely true, you may not build a home plot in a build contest plot area as it's only for participating in the competition. You may ask for a plot in /ch tr , these plots are found in towns.
