also when he bought the land the conditions were the other guy stays mayor would it be reasonable to delete him from perms since he is trying to ban my friend with no reason that is illegal

we both bought the town combining our money fair and square to now he wants him banned so he can get the land back it makes no sense

so what are your opinions about my situation
