Well, firstly we have to see if the residents in your town are inactive or not. If you'd like to check , do "/seen <name>" and it can give you an answer. Sometimes it responds with "play not seen/found" as they're inactive for more than 6 months. To remove LWC's, you'll need to file a LWC removal on the forums in the "staff requests" section, following the guide.

ok I went to the web site and looked them up on the members list and the only one that is still on I messaged but that person only has a donation chest there so do I still go and fill in the from and when I do do I have to fill it in for all or one for each person if that makes any sense

It is preferred that you fill Lwc's per person to make it easier
