We are making the following exceptions.

Exception 1:

• User's who already have blocks available to level their islands to 15,000 but simply have not placed them will be allowed to apply for prestige.
• Blocks will be checked via logblock and other resources and must be verifiable through server logs to have been available prior to the above news post. This prevents users simply buying blocks from others to apply for Exception 1, as this will absolutely not be allowed.
• Don't forget to include a location for your blocks. Inventory/PlayerVaults is not a valid location for this exception. Your blocks must be in chests/other so that we may track them via logblock to ensure they were not simply purchased during the exceptions timeframe.
• Once approved, you will need to place these blocks and apply for Prestige linking a screenshot of my approval.

Exception 2:

• User's who have a current island level of 3,000+ and have not yet reached 15,000 as of November 26th 2018 6:00PM (which only applies to the island owners in this screenshot:

  will be allowed to apply for this exception.)
• Exception 2 will be approved/disapproved by a team of private SkyBlock judges of my choosing who will judge your current setup and determine if it is possible for you to reach 15,000 without purchasing blocks as a shortcut.
• Several things will be taken into consideration with exception 2, including your online time on SkyBlock. Basically, if you've only been online for an hour a week, and your current island level is 3,000 - you'll instantly be denied as clearly it's not possible for you to reach 15,000 without purchasing blocks from others....

After careful examination of how long certain users achieved Prestige, and taking several other factors into consideration, the SkyBlock prestige requirements have changed for the preservation of our Main City server.

Changes are as such:
Month's 1 & 2 will seem difficult, and of course those with ranks will be able to prestige much faster, compared to those without. This is why scaling has remained at 25 from Month 2 -> 3 -> 4. The higher your island level gets, the easier levels are achievable, thus most players should get to 50k & 75k on month's 3 & 4 if dedicated to the game mode. The reason most islands right now are 15k max is because players simply quit after achieving prestige.

As well, as it stands, prestige on SkyBlock became a joke that was sold left and right, and that really ruins the point of Prestige. With this change, we are once again allowing all Prestige sale services and block sale services. It will be much harder to sell this service now to multiple people, however still possible to 1 or 2 a season, which I'll allow to give those dedicated to SkyBlock another form of making City ECD.

It's come to my attention that the town transfer rules are being misinterpreted.
I'm going to list the main points in this thread so you know where we stand.
(Earlier, I was going to simply revert all new owners and add back original owners, but this would be a bit harsh, so instead I will write up the following rules to ensure everyone is on the same page.)

• You can sell towns to each other, add new owners, and delete old owners.
• You cannot apply for town features unless you are the original owner of the town, or the official new owner.
• You can only become an original new owner of a town by filing for a town transfer.
• I will not honor any deals, contracts, paperwork, whatsoever regarding unofficial town transfers. Be sure you trust who you are doing business with. Should an old owner forum pm me requesting their town back, I need everyone to be absolutely clear, I will return the town to the OFFICIAL owner, and completely, 100% overlook ANY contracts that have been made. The ONLY way you are the official owner in my eyes, is if you either applied for the town originally, or made a town transfer. That's it.

Basically, I'm keeping everything as it was, while emphasizing the last point VERY CLEARLY!

EDIT:

To help with these changes, and to give you affordable piece of mind we've made the following changes:

• Town Transfer price has been dropped from 500,000 EcoDollars -> 150,000 EcoDollars.
• I will honor contracts that are NO MORE than 30 days old, to prevent panic for those who did not know about the change yet entered into an agreement.
• All contracts at this point are valid until December 31st 2018. This helps the change not be an immediate drastic one. Come January 1st 2019, I will begin honoring contracts of 30 days only.

Mining world has been reset. It is also now 4 times as large as before. Increased from 2500x2500 to 5000x5000!
Next reset January 1st 2019. December 1st we will still have nether/end resets on both Main/SkyBlock Enjoy!
