What should I do if I had a rank and it was bought by someone else?

    Early last year Omegadroid bought me the avenger kit for kitpvp. I noticed after the reset in 2015 I didnt have my rank anymore. I dont have a transaction Id so I am confused on what I should do now.

    Do you have a screenshot of your ign with the rank? Or do you have the conversation with Omegadroid?

    Do you have the email that was used in the transaction? Also if you haven't already file a ticket @ https://aemservers.net/forums/donation-support.66/ Also have you changed your username? If so please add that in the ticket. If you're still in touch with Omega try and get the transaction ID / the email used.

    If you do not know the transaction ID then write "I don't know as another player bought the rank for me"
    Was the rank bought for the IGN "Gadgetz_" or was on another character.
    any form of proof would be handy, also please file it under > THIS LINK <
