The Toxic Enclave Under Contruction (OUTDATED)

So I just moved to a new place in the AEM world and im kinda restarting. I've been playing with one of my irl friends but when hes not on its pretty boring. So I was wondering if a Trusted+ needed a spot to build a base. I have a few buildings but no one to populate them. So if anyone that plays often needs a place to make a base tell me. Btw i live on a mountain but there is a plains biome, Forest biome and Savanah biome very close. Thanks
