Hello. This is stevenvo4 fans my old account got erased for some reason and I got back into playing AEM. This is the server i play on almost all the time, but I took a break from it awhile ago. I came back and to my disappointment the server is filled with people that aren't even a community anymore, another person agrees with me on this but I won't mention his/her name. My statement on this is because, all I see in chat is "I've been grieved" "**** this". I know that you won't believe me because I have no proof but think back to the time when everyone in chat was nice. Everyone donated stuff to each other for free, we lived in to town where people help each other and didn't care about how bad our wheat farm was or ship building skills were. (Boomtown). My friend even pointed out to me that when you hover over the flower to get to survival, it doesn't say "good community" anymore. It's becoming strictly business . I miss when Geeves, unicorn horn, and other mods were on all the time helping. I understand people have a life so that isn't the main issue. The main issue is that AEM is becoming too popular and there's no more value in helping others and creating bonds anymore.

I realize people may disagree and , well, they may be right or might see a different way.

I'm truly sorry you feel this way.
Though I may agree with you in some aspect but please look at this the other way round.
There are all kinds of player you can find, not everyone is the same. There are those who do help out for good intentions and there are those with bad. We need to take time getting to know one another first. It's not like we can be all buddy-buddy from the first meeting.
Also with things going on now, Staff are really busy filling in places, helping players. Getting their own stuff done. I personally do want to establish a bond with the players. Hopefully they will the same too.

Just the opposite my dear. Since it's getting more popular, there are more values in helping out also a bigger chance in creating bonds.
It's the way you interpret. :)
Maybe change the way you view things. Other then that, lets get along!

Maybe I'm just not ready for the giant influx of players but ill do everything I can to make the players happy and not myself, that way, when they are happy, I'll be happy. I'll give this bigger AEM a try and see if anything changes. Thanks :)

Hey man, I play quite a bit and the regulars are pretty tight knit, we all look out for each other, but coming back into that after a while with different people I understand.

Yah, I just started playing again for the first time in many months and it seems the exact same to me. I don't recognize a single person, even the mods I knew have quit, and I don't know how to get back into the community again because I don't feel like I can trust anyone. Still love the server, but I miss all my old friends on here
