Survival Needs More Staff Urgently

    Recently People Have Been Needing Staff On Survival For Griefs And Other Things, So I Decided To Make This Post So AEM Staff Will Know About Survival Needing Staff. So Please Make Some More People Staff On Survival And I Think Every Other Survival Player Agrees With Me. I Am Willing To Put Myself Up To The Job As I Play Nearly Everyday When I Can Get On (This May Have An Exception On Wednesdays Mostly.) I Think I Would Make A Great Member Of Staff And For The Likes Of RogueUnicorn764, Twinkie_Dink And Some Others Would Make Great Staff. I Pretty Much Act Like A Member Of Staff Already Telling People To Stick To The Rules, What To Do, How To Do It And What Not To Do. Telling Them The Consequences Of Things They Do That They Shouldn't. I'm Kind, I Keep Swearing To A Minimum, I Don't Spam, I'm Polite And I Don't Abuse Players, RogueUnicorn764 And Twinkie_Dink Are Like This Too. So Please Get More Survival Staff, Thanks.

    NOTE: I'm Not Using This To Apply For Staff Just To Say We Need More Survival Staff.
    NOTE: I'm Not Saying The Survival Staff Aren't Good Because They Are Great, Just Saying We Need More Survival Staff.

    I agree, but personally this seems like a little advertisement to try to get people you want staff, just be patient. People go through the applications and I'm sure when Alex has time or whoever looks through staff applications, there will be people chosen. But we do need more staff for survival.

    I want to apologize as I haven't been on very much recently, I've had some family issues this past week. But I should be back on often again soon.

    One thing about getting staff is that the player must have a clean record.
    Also even though we may need staff, we won't just promote anyone. Not much players are showing that they deserve the rank, they apply and that's it, nothing else.
    We have seen cases where players "act" Ike staff quality when we're watching nd turn into a butt when we're not.
    Also other times where they got staff and boom, they ignore others or boast about it.

    If you want it, you really got to show your dedication. Good luck.
