Not entirely sure this counts as a bug, more like a customer service issue, but this was the closest place I could find to post in regards to the issue. I've been away from the server for a while, so I missed all the reset stuff, but got the bug to play slyblock this week, and logged back on. Excited to get started, but my rank seems to be wrong, I'm listed as a skylord, when I should have skylegend. I'm having some difficulty finding the paypal transaction # for reference, since the purchase was made 2-3 years ago, so I was hoping an admin could search through the buycraft dashboard for payments under my username and sort things out. If not, I'll keep attempting to find the transaction, but is there an email address I can send info to, rather than posting confidential info on the forums? Thank you, have a nice day!
Anything regarding to donation's will be ignored if not posted in the correct area sorry, here's a direct link to the donation support area https://aemservers.net/forums/donation-support.66/ If you can't find the transaction ID you can instead supply the email used to purchase the rank. Currently their are only four staff who can scan through the buycraft.
