    Who are you reporting? Polo_17
    What server was this on? Survival
    How long ago was this? Around 15-20minutes ago (after posting this)
    What did he/she do? Abuse his staff powers to random tp to Pile_of_Twinkies to say 'hello'. Polo_17 could also say 'hello' in chat or ask if he could tp to Pile_of_Twinkies
    Proof: I don't have the proof of tp'ing but I do have the proof that Polo_17 confirmed in chat he indeed tp'ed without asking.

    he did tp to me without permission i was just talking about my skelly farm and saw polo tped to me and he said "i was curious"
