It is against the law not to say no refunds. it says if someone buys it by accident you get a refund but you get banned

But When I emailed them in that 20 days they didn't answer and that is more against the law even how he said it you need to show that refunds are not available. So it is not my fault you didn't answer to my emails to get a refund

So I emailed Aem Networks the day after the rank was bought I deserve a refund for your tardiness of not showing this and not responding to my emails I at this point have a bigger advantage then you in the law even know I don't live in florida
Why would you want a refund if the money donated helps the server grow and become more awesome?! (Just my opinion)
Because my friend bought it I don't even know this server!! what don't you understand I just want my money back!!
The real question is... how does your "friend" know your PayPal information etc etc.? If I had a PayPal, I wouldn't even let my bestest of friends have access to it.
If you read it right. It says if a place does not offer refunds, they must have them posted in a spot a person can see. Since its in the terms of services that a person must agree to, meaning that they have read it, the no refund is a valid bit. It states that if it's not in a spot you can't see then we have to do the refund.
Its a "donation" , not shopping in a supermarket. Do you donate to charity and the next day, goes back and say "gimme my money back i dont wanna donate anymore" ?
