    I am good friends with some people who can help out. I can see if they are not busy and if they can help you out. Be patient though, I understand how you are frustrated you lost a $200 or $300 (I don't play factions often) rank, but staff have lives outside of Minecraft as I am sure you do too. Give them time and this will be dealt with as long as your proof is legitimate and not photoshopped.
