Could any staff please help me with this error? It's AEM, not my connection. I can log into all my other multi-player servers.

UPDATE2: "Direct Connect" is no longer working, giving me the same error as the first post.

Thanks for the tip on direct connect. Still cannot log in via normal method. I get the following message:

    Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException

    The plot thickens!!!

Pinging play.aemservers.net [192.99.21.134] with 32 bytes of data:
    Request timed out.

    Ping statistics for 192.99.21.134:

you probably get that that because pings are blocked by the server. i am online right now and have the same 100% loss.

try flushing your DNS cache. open a command prompt and put ipconfig /flushdns

also try to put the IP adress 192.99.21.134 as the server adress in minecraft (there was a second one but i cant find it right now) instead of play.aemservers.net.

also check your router and firewall settings since it could be it blocks minecraft (ports) in general.

    another edit xD:

it could be the problem goes away itself. me and my gf have the same issue from time to time but after like 5min tops connecting is possible again.

People currently aren't able to connect because Cloudflare is having DNS issues.
It all looks to be a DNS issue with CloudFlare routing.
The reason the website won't load / can't connect to the server.
...Is what was told to us.
