So recently i have been looking for new projects to take on in skygrid. I wanted something i could generate items to sell at /warp shop. I Looked at the shop for possible things i could farm, and realized how completely absurd the prices are. The shop values a SINGLE PIECE OF IRON, equal to TWO STACKS of steak. Now to me that doesn't seem like a fair trade. It takes me less then 30 seconds to get a single iron but if i were to go grind my dual cow spawner even with looting it would take at least 10 minutes to get 2 stacks. This is just ONE example, pretty much everything except minerals are useless to sell. The only viable options for money making at the shop are Selling, Iron (Iron Farm), Diamonds, emeralds (Paper farm into villies), and maybe obsidian. You could spend hours farming any crop and MAYBE get 500. A single iron farm generates around 500 dollars an hour. I think the server would really benefit changing up their prices. Almost everything that can be sold to the shop should be a somewhat viable method of getting money. I want to see absolutely MASSIVE plots devoted to automated farms. And yes, i understand the shop prices are low to encourage players to make shops to sell to other players, but i mean COME ON, give us a little bit? I am aware that the lovely #TeamBunBall are working a new /warp shop and really hope they consider editing the prices. Thanks for reading Bookhugger
The shop is meant to be insanely overpriced.. This is used to encourage trade between players. So make a chest shop at your plot and tell people to /tpa to me for a shop or if your a donor tell them to try /warp Bookhugger for an amazing shop!
Okay, then explain why iron farms generate me 4k an hour yet if i put the same effort in to auto farms it would get me around 400?
Book, also think about the usage of items, Iron/Diamonds/Obsideon have more use that Cacti/Pumpkins/CocoaBeans.
I personally would like to see the price of dirt go down and the price of iron too at the warp shop too many iron farms, ive seen some people AFK all the time at the iron farms and they have like 2-4 of them.
I side with both sides. Yes the shop should be redone. Some things should stay. Others should come in *cough* sugar/sugarcane *cough*
Bunny and I built a new shop that has sugar cane, we are waiting for Alex to move it to spawn... you guys are silly... we have alot new items too like Gold, rotten flesh,Sugar Cane and Bones and its located right now at warp bunny561 just go down the stairs, some prices are missing we are still working on some items, I have three spots for sell side, we still dont know what to put there.
