A idea for prison would be a staff positions in this order, also you have to apply for these positions(you may apply for any one of these staff positions(if you need a player for staff when it opens I am experienced with prison servers as I've been admin on 4 different prison servers so I'm experienced with moderating chat and dealing with rule breakers I would like to be a staff member on this prison server I hope you take me into consideration) I hope you like this idea and do something like it. Guard/first staff position + gets access to basic commands such as temp-ban /mute(temporary) /jail(temporary) Jr-Mod/gets access to all commands below this rank + able to /fly Mod/Gets access to all commands below this rank + access to /v Jr-Admin/gets access to all commands before this rank + access to permanently ban a player Admin/Gets access to all commands below this rank + access to change their gamemode Sr-Admin/gets all commands below this rank + access to promote people to the next staff rank
I think the Sr-Admin would be a little over-powered because then they could just upgrade all their friends.
If somebody is Sr-admin then they are obviously trustworthy, so owners and global admins can trust them not to promote just anybody the Sr-admins would have to go through promoting somebody with a global admin before they promote anybody
AEM already has staff ranks such as helper, mod, admin, dev, builder, and owner. It seems a little weird for them to have new ranks just for one server. Plus the ranks they have are just fine the way they are.
I agree with Cadeboss425. Why would we have new staff ranks just for one server. The staff ranks AEM already has are fine. Plus, why would a Sr. Mod have the ability to promote people to mod? One more thing... If you want a staff rank in any of AEM's servers, then you will have to complete a staff application.
