    I was reading through this casually because I stumbled upon it, and I see one part "Affects of donating may only be cosmetic, nothing effecting gameplay such as /fly"
    Does this technically mean that the paying for a donor rank and receiving /fly breaks Mojang EULA and leading the server into unneeded circumstances? just a question.

    Just look through this, it contains some stuff the server has broken (I think).

    That was the EULA, but servers don't need to follow it now since Microsoft bought out Minecraft
