Living in the same Plot with a friend

took a lot of time to figure this stuff out but this may help you all in the future
if u want to have a friend live in a plot with u do /res friend add Username
they should then be able to destroy and place blocks, now if u want to keep your doors locked or chest locked
but let your friend have access to the doors/chests then do /cmodify Username
and if u want to be cool and stuff u can add passwords so only people who know the password can access stuff with /lwc:cpassword YourPassword
sometimes u might have friends, and i hate this to, that open a door and walk away without closings it so then mobs or other players can come in freely, a good way to stop this is /lwc:cautoclose
