Live Forums?

    Are live updating forums a thing?

    I was in one just now and found constantly refreshing waiting for a reply got rather bothersome. Whats the kind of effort that would need to be put into making a live updating Forum? Feel free to add your thoughts.

    Once you re-open the tab with the forums, you should get an alert saying "1 new notification". Also, if you refresh the page, your alerts box should have a red 1 on top of it.

    @Evanyoshi He's talking about have it update w/o having to do any interaction w/ the site itself IE: Refresh, going to new tabs

    Oh gotcha. You could probably find some kind of auto refresher if you have google chrome in the extensions app.
