Is toomanyitems mod allowed?

    I just wanted to know if the mod "Toomanyitems" was allowed or not? I dont know if being able to check chunks/light levels/crafting recipes was an unfair adavantage or not according to rule #12

    You wouldn't really need it for recipes. There is a /recipe command, for example /recipe dispenser or /recipe sticky_piston :)
