    Yes. Just hook up the gift card on paypal like you would with any other debit/credit card.

    oh so i have to link it with paypal. ok. Ill make a paypal account and get a gift card. Hopefully get Premium on Survival and use the other $5 on the gift card to get someone Vip or something

    You don't need a paypal account. Just buy the rank off the website and check out as a guest.

    Another question. It says i cant use a gift card with another purchase. Does that mean if i get a $25 visa and only use $20 i cant use the other $5 for a vip rank on Zombies? ($20 prem on survival)

    You can use the other $5 anywhere you want. You can combine buying 2 ranks into 1 purchase.
    You're getting Premium on Survival?
    And you want VIP on Zombies?
    You can click them both and the total will just be $25
