I would need to see unedited logs Jason. If you were egging him on, that's not acceptable.

Well, even if it was legit, its not proof. I used chat logs to prove something when I got griefed but it wasnt considered legit.

 

If we can verify it then it'll be legit.

Please can you provide the timezone you are in currently? This will assist us in identifying server logs for the incident(s) in question to see the full context.

There is one thing I would like you to answer however...

Please explain the context around this one to me Jason.
I do notice a lack of the first log messages in your later un-edited logs, which points towards you baiting and not wanting to reveal that part.

I do not see Lasivian saying anything that I would deem as abusive at all in these messages. There are a few MINOR insults, which are blatantly out of context, and obviously reciprocating with yourself.

If you don't like what a player says, then you can ignore them. Please only report when actual abuse takes place, not just because you don't like the outcome of a discussion/argument.

 

Please note: This is from a moderator who does not know EITHER of you two, and has barely had any interaction with either of you in-game, and certainly nothing that comes to mind.

I have reviewed the pictures;
and my conclusion is that the evidence you DO provide, does not show abuse, just banter, perhaps slightly unfriendly, but based upon the last question, if you view what Lasivian is saying as abuse, then you also are guilty.

By taking part in the discussion, and using the comments you did, you were inviting further comments of the same type. I cannot see who started it, but you are both, at best, EQUAL in terms of abusive behaviour, insulting behaviour, and general rudeness. I would like to point out that homophobic behaviour is frowned upon however, You used comments designed to be personal, regarding his work, he was using cliché phrases which are well known. If I had to determine one person the aggressor of the argument there, it wouldn't be him.

First Imageamn good deal, you should have taken it, he didn't specify for how long he was paying you to be silent!
Second Image: Context missing, blatantly you were baiting him. His response is a polite dismissal, no-one could consider than abusive.

Third image: Atomics response has no context, screenshot is completely worthless.

First log screenshot: Please post context for the entire discussion if you claim it is not baited or reciprocated.
Second log screenshot: Lasivian makes a joke. It may not be the best humour, but it is NOT abusive.
Third log screenshot: I see *YOU* baiting Lasivian, and him dismissing you
Fourth log screenshot: Doesn't even involve you, Lasivian was asked a question and answered it!

If you wish to provide evidence of actual abusive behaviour, then please do, with timestamps intact and details of your timezone and date it occurred so they can be compared to the server logs for the same time period to ensure validity
