Global Ban?

    I am unsure what this means, or why i have received one? i have never done anything wrong... i have submitted a Ban appeal but idk what i'm supposed to do about it? i cant enter the server i just get a message saying this:
    Connection lost
    Disconnected Global Ban
    what do i do and how do i fix this?
    please respond fast, am lost without this server ;-;

    Locking... you was ban for a charge back as your appeal says.
