Most if not all faction servers have the plugin heads which drops a players head upon death, I know most players on factions want this plugin so why not add it? here is the link and everything takes 2 mins to install http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/heads/ Or to go one step further as few servers are now using a plugin called head hunter or something along those lines which when you kill an enemy or find a head certain heads sell for diff prices all depends on how much money that player has think it would be a cool addition i had a look for the plugin but couldn't find it the server that uses it is [IP REMOVED] - you see it in use on this video! [MEDIA REMOVED] so yeahhh hope this might maybe but put into the server as it needs something neww..
