can u plz unban me from skygrid and plz give back my skygod coz i payed alot for it

    I haven't been on skygrid for about 5 months and when I tried to get back on today it says I am banned from skygrid for +500 griefs but I haven't been on for a long time and when I looked on the aem website it looks like they took my skygod and that was a lot of money and I think this is out of order u banme for no reason and now u took my £120 rank!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    and I have done a ban appeal and u havnt got back to me yet if u could answer my questions plz do soon
